INGREDIENTS:
- 7 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:
Mix the balsamic vinegar with wine, mustard, honey, garlic and olive oil in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, then remove from fire and stir for five minutes until the sauce thickens. Place the salmon in a greased tray and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce on the salmon and sprinkle some oregano. Cook to 200°C for approximately 15 minutes.
