INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ kg pork spare ribs
- 75 ml whiskey
- 70 ml light soy sauce
- 50g fresh coriander
- 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 60g honey
- Pepper
Method:
Mix all ingredients together. Leave the spare ribs in the marinade for at least three hours. Save some marinade. Preheat the oven to 200ºC and place on a grill tray. Cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, pouring the marinade you saved over the spare ribs.
